George Ryan - President & Founder

A seasoned IT professional, George has over 25 years of healthcare experience including project management, IT service management, business analysis, strategic planning, business process redesign and IT department management.

His past projects range from the implementation of individual healthcare applications to large multi-site, shared-database implementations. George recently completed the Atocrates two-year intensive project management training program and received his masters certificate.

Happiest when managing complex, innovative healthcare projects that involve a diverse group of stakeholders, George believes that each customer and environment must be assessed to determine the level of detail that is required for the project to be successful.

• developing an Information Lifecycle Management Plan for Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Services
• project managing MEDITECH implementation at Lennox and Addington County General Hospital
• project managing the multi-site, single database MEDITECH in the NEON group of Hospitals
• the MEDITECH installation in Durham Region hospitals
• the Client server installation in the NEON group of hospitals in northern Ontario
• the MAGIC installation at Lennox and Addington Hospital
• the merger of Peel Memorial and Etobicoke General hospitals onto one MEDITECH database
